Therapeutic Case Management

Willow Tree is available to take a limited number of folks who need Case/Care Management. This service is a coordinated approach to helping a person get the right services at the right time. It is private pay only and services can include:

  • assessment of someone's healthcare and needs
  • a personalized Care Plan
  • connecting a person to doctors, specialists, benefits, and reources
  • advocating for the person and helping coordinate care across systems
  • daily / weekly / monthly follow up

Veterans and Military

Willow Tree appreciates our military service members and veterans. We are able to take Tricare or Triwest and VA Community Care referrals for our Veterans and active duty families.

Trauma

We know that trauma effects all of us in many different ways. We use evidence based trauma processing treatments like EMDR, WET, Adaptive Disclosure, Somatic Experiencing, and IFS to process trauma experiences and explore post traumatic growth.
